GetHuman-cakar: my daughter set up a gofund me page for my husaband david to ask fior assistance in funding his cremation.im not computer savvy.few days ago i spoke with the mortuary and they informed me that a deposit for his cremation was imperative or the city coroner is going to retrieve his remains.

GetHuman-cakar: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-cakar: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoFundMe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-cakar: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GoFundMe customers?
