~elvis: My family went to store **** and had to wait ** minutes for the cashier to get our drinks and pay for the food. Several customers left because there was only * cashier open and the line was out the door. the managers only gave a poor excuse for the wait. only stated this was the only way for the cooks to get up with the food. The other stated the other register was not open because members was off for death in the family. What the managers didn't understand that once we paid for our food* we paid their salary. Such a bad excuse. The managers need to be retrained reference customer services and out to get customers not to leave because of a long line.
