~Nice resolve all impossible: I went in to Golden* Downtown on L St.*Horrible customer service. I have a overdraft of $* and I went in to check to see how the service is at the downtown location. She said since this is not golden* error and she cannot waive it. I ask to talk to the manager and she refused it. I know ***% sure that she can waive the overdraft because the system just transfer my own money from my saving to my checking account and charge me $*. And She said we tranfer it for you. That is crab... because the system did it and no human click on the button. Then I cash my check and she did not even ask what kind of bill I want. she gave me the money and said sign it.**I will never go inside the golden downtown on L street again.
