~jjvg421: On ******* I walked into the store to purchase a set of irons. I was meet by a Rep by the name of Kevin Stone. I went to the back to get fitted for the Diablo Edge Irons. I recieved no print out of information nor could be give me one. No problem I just picked my irons and went with the info Kevin had. I went to pay and Kevin stated to me that the Irons I had chosen were not in stock. I replied ok and with the info gathered in the fitting they had to be cut *** from there original size just for me. I went on months playing with the irons trying to improve my game with them. I was chatting with a friend and mentioned I had my irons cut especially for me and so on. He responded to me you should always check the specs of your golf Irons you never know with these stores. Well low and behold he was right. The Irons I purchased were NEVER cut *** and the whole fitting was a SHAM. I spent a pretty penny on those clubs and I expected them to be fitted just for me. Every Iron was measured and i

~jjvg421: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jjvg421: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Golfsmith's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jjvg421: For that I would say one out of five.

~jjvg421: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Golfsmith to know who you are.
