~karen shanklin: Prevouis rep i spoke to i felt had horrible phone manners. I don't fill that he helped me at all. And now i can't get anyone to speak to you all have the worst customer service i have ever exerience. And i still can bt get help. I pray that i can get someone to speak to and hope your calls or monitor

~karen shanklin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~karen shanklin: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~karen shanklin: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~karen shanklin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
