~THERE ISN;T ONE!!: my gmail has been out since Sat nov *th***,*i call the help tele * ** times ***-***-****: i get 'this service is not available at this time, that *.* days!!, then i call the same * and i wait on the phone for: **min, then **min, then ** min, then ** min...*this is absolutely sub below zero tech assistance that your company "GOOGLE' provides...*why are you in business anyway if you don't have the the support available to assist, this in not re a personal acc.,, i am running a business and this is what i have to accept to depend on???*MUCH, MUCH IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED HERE, i can understand a few hours, maybe a day,,... BUT DAYS...AND THEN YOU CAN'T GET TO TALK TO ANYBODY**further more, what is the point really of me writing this comment...DOES ANYTHING EVER REALLY CHANGE???....no!!** SO IF YOUR ARE MAKING YOUR BROWSER AVAILABLE FOR USE, AND you dont HAVE THE SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO BACK YOU UP,: SPECIFICALLY..**. TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE WITH ONE * WHAT'S THE POINT if NO ONE ANSWERS IT

~THERE ISN;T ONE!!: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~THERE ISN;T ONE!!: For that I would say three out of five.
