~WTF?: Waited ** minutes pressing number after number only to be told by the robot that I called the wrong number. I called the new number they gave me and after another ** minutes of selecting menu options I finally got a person from India on the phone.Thank you for that information was repeated to me after every question. I was trying to find out why I keep getting automated phone calls from them every Sunday morning at * am. He told me it's probably not the real Greendot calling. I told him the caller I.D. shows this number and I googled the number .He then told me it's because they are open ****. I asked if they want to call me during that **** period then perhaps they can call one on of the other * days at an hour preferably later that *am. I haven't lost any funds (yet) but after reading these comments I think I will only use the account to receive payment and quickly withdraw the funds each time. Thanks for the tip.
