~Michele: Auto payment seems to not make payments in their computer, but monies coming out of my account. Now says I am in default. Not only do the payments come out, I also allocated extra $*** towards principle monthly. Plus, sent two extra months! Default on their end , not mine! Representatives **** too! Nasty, and can't seem to look at their computer to help people. Said I have to write a letter to research dept and fax to them. I need someone to address this issue ASAP. Unfortunately, only one telephone number and once you call, automatically you get sent right back to the same rep. Well that doesn't work for me because she isn't able to do her job and just barks, Karinna is her name. Faxed the letter so now have to see where that gets me...
