~Kent: Horrible customer service. I purchased a ticket online for my wife to travel from ATL to Nash. I have my credit card recepit, I got * conformations from GH. She shows up and they tell her ticket cancelled. They can tell her who cancelled it, when or why. I am the only one that can cancel it. I have been to call centers of GH all over the world. The ticket counter in ATL has not answered their phone for over * hours. Cust service suggested I call ATL Police to make sure the ticket agents are still there!!! what kind of F$%*&*( place is this. Call centers in South America telling me to call Atlanta police to check on the ticket agents at Greyhound????????????? Who the **** runs this circus

~Kent: For that I would say four out of five.

~Kent: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
