~Heiko: It was difficult to understand the several different accents of the agents. I was given the wrong instructions as to the correct department to call. I was accused of dialing the wrong numbers after I explained that I dialed the numbers I was given. I am presently waiting again on a line that has the same tune playing over and over and over!!*I would like to have multiple charges on my wifes MasterCard bill reversed since only one ticket was booked.
