~Alex Melendez: On Wed.Dec.**th of ****, @ **:**am I shipped a package from your El Paso,Tx. bus terminal to be shipped to Amarillo,Tx.station being ad vised that the package would be there on Thurs.Dec.**th in the morning. After calling my son who was to pick up the package he stated that he had gone to check on the package and was advised the package was still not there. During the next * days I constantly kept calling all the bus stations en-route to the destination. I also called cust serv.and after a wait of ** min.or more I was able to reach someone who would be able to track the package.She advised me that in order to track a package you must ship it on priority serv. I also asked if there was anyway to have the bus co.call and make sure the package had no been sent somewhere else.She abrubtly told me that if I wanted to find the package just to keep calling all the bus stations between El Paso and Amarillo and also stated she was not there to my beck and call and had other things to do and abr

~Alex Melendez: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Alex Melendez: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Alex Melendez: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Greyhound customers?
~Alex Melendez: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
