~Missouri mad: The first thing they asked for was my full credit card number, not even my name or "Hi, this is Greyhound!". I was told over and over by different people that the only way they could access my ticket information was to give them my full credit card information! Not! what a way to rip people off, sit at a phone and take down hundreds of credit card numbers, go home and buy what you want online! Do not give them your credit card number!

~Missouri mad: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
