GetHuman-74679: by far the worst customer service experience i have had with any business over the phone. I was hung up on twice and when i finally reached someone to look into getting a refund or credit for a ticket i purchased for the wrong time i was told to purchase a second ticket for the correct time and my original one would be credited to my account within *-* business days. After * days passed i called customer service for an update and there was no record of a credit to be put on my account! Now i have to mail my ticket to Dallas TX with a written explanation as to why i need a refund for a ticket that cost me $**. Let me just say, i have been taking greyhound every week between two cities, spending hundreds of dollars for the past year and half. I have never been treated with so much disrespect by a company i have been a long time customer with! I will never recommend Greyhound to anyone ever nor will i be using greyhound ever again!

GetHuman-74679: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-74679: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-74679: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
