GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Greyhound customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~misrde: on the phone for over **min and still on hold.The shittiest website for online booking with incorrect information for bus terminals at Whistler village BC,so I am stranded as could not pick up the ticket from the terminal. The office is closed on and finally chose a different selection to get a human, who was able to find the ticket name and route but asked me to call the online booking number which was on hold for ever. Extremely poor greyhound service

~misrde: For that I would say one out of five.
