GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~narocrock: Called to find out about the tour information for the Gold Pyramid. The link and the information posted only said what time the gates open on Saturday and Sunday, which is ** minutes before the building opens, however, it did not say how long the tour was or how many tours there were or how long they were open. CSR told me they do not call these organizations but I could if I wanted to. It is nice to know what time something opens but if they are selling a tour, it is nice to know how many tours in a day they have and how long the facility is open. Only stating the opening time isn't sufficient.

~narocrock: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~narocrock: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~narocrock: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~narocrock: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
