GetHuman-258817: I am ** yrs of age and very frustrated ,with this*I have been trying to sign into my groupon account for * days now .You send the emails to reset my password promptly but when I try to sign in after resetting it. still comes up wrong password. I am trying to find the Voucher for the " photo Shoot " at Crowsnest, Sydney.Aust. on *******. as it is for my granddaughter.I had it to go to her email for her to print it.I am now getting pages coming on my screen for St John*s. ( America.)????*Would my password be going to the wrong place.????? I am relying for you to solve this problem ASAP. my patience has run out. My time is valuable to me , I certainly can do without this.*I have purchased quite a number of deals & never have had to go through all this."sign in through facebook " before. I don*t use it..So why do I need to sign in through it now.????
