~blkoven: I had to affirm that I wanted a refund on my VISA. I do not like that Groupon tends to automatically give credits. When a problem occurs with a deal, with no fault of the buyer, Groupon should present both options. If Groupon would prefer credits, they should offer a **% increase in credits, if that option is chosen, to make up for the inconvenience. The rep did accept my affirmation without any problems.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~blkoven: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~blkoven: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~blkoven: For that I would say five out of five.
