~anonymous: I purchased an Groupon for a *x** canvas print, from an outside vendor. When I went to place my order the total did not come to the amount covered by the groupon and I would have had to pay extra. When I called, the Customer Service Representative went on the website herself, and walked through the order process and figured out where the issue was. She was amazing.*I have had other bad customer services experiences with Groupon, but this one was GREAT.
