~Moonlight3_5: I spoke with Lauren Z, a customer service supervisor. She did Not help me with my issue. She was very condisending and rude when helping me out. I thought by speaking to a supervisor she would but that was not the case. The gentlemen before tried his best and was much better then his actual supervisor. I purchased a grpupon, the fine print said that the promotional value expires but not the paid value. The merchant I was hoping to use it at has since closed down. I wanted a refund. She would not refund me the money and only put it in as a credit. I do not use groupon often and did not want this. She also stated I only had *** days to use the credited amount. This does not make sense to me because I should not have an expiration on my money since they would not refund my debit card. Poor customer service and I am extremely disappointed in groupon!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Moonlight3_5: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Moonlight3_5: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Moonlight3_5: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
