GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Rachel: When I first called I pressed ** which was for "other" and the automated response told me that the wait time was over an hour. I then hung up and called back and pressed ** as was suggested and a GROUPON representative answered immediately. She was able to address one of my concerns, however for the *nd concern she had to transfer me to another department. The wait time to that department was a bit longer (** Minutes). **All-in-all even though the wait time when I got transferred was longer than I would have liked my issues were resolved and for that I am grateful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~Rachel: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rachel: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rachel: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Rachel: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
