~thebraveoutside: This company is on borrowed time. I made an order for six tickets to a kids' event. They sold and charged me for ONE in a confirmation e-mail. I waited for ** minutes on hold only to have the line hang up on me. I called again and waited for another ** freaking minutes. They would NOT reverse the charge. The event was sold out. I had to call my credit card company to stop payment. I will not be doing anything with Groupon again.

~thebraveoutside: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~thebraveoutside: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~thebraveoutside: For that I would say three out of five.
