~Kats: Tried to contact by phone. True for a call back. Now trying w email. Nearly impossible to contact. Calling them because they are false advertising on ALOT of tickets and items

~Kats: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kats: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kats: For that I would say three out of five.
