~Mr Engieer: I am ** years old and was in a pinch to get my taxes done. I went to an H&R Block in Wake Forest, NC. I felt like it was a McDonald's drive-thru. The person was not an accountant. I had never paid more than $*** for tax services. H&R Block charged almost $***... and I had to pay.. this was ***. In **** I found a great accountant that was $** and I got a refund. H&R block is terrible. Do not go to them.

~Mr Engieer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mr Engieer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mr Engieer: For that I would say four out of five.
