GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman53868: I can't print official state return after it was rejected.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman53868: My state return was rejected. When i open up my state return and click the print icon, I get an option of if I want to print state or federal. There is no option to click for official. When I print my return (state or fed) they are both pushed to the left oft he page and there is the statement along the lines of "Not for Filing" in the upper right on each page of the return. This is in both the fed and state. I've looked online and everything says to select official (which I seem to remember from previous years). I am selecting a PDF as i don't have a printer connected to this device, but that has always worked for me in the past.

GetHuman53868: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman53868: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman53868: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
GetHuman53868: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
