~tomw3771: I went to the **** Murfreesboro Rd. Franklin, TN Hand R block. I waited for ever. The whole time I waited one of the employees an older blonde woman in her **'s spent most of her time talking to an older man that must work there or work around the corner. Then had the nerve to try and charge me close to $*** for ** min of her time!! Total rip off!!

~tomw3771: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~tomw3771: For that I would say one out of five.
