~Gee: Was supposed to get a survey but never did. On **** I was helped by Eric H. with a problem I was having with the online tax prep service. There was an "issue" on the review page and I could not figure out what the problem was at all. Eric walked me through it - and was very educated and professional. He had the matter cleared up within minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~Gee: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gee: For that I would say five out of five.
