GetHuman-426881: Corporate doesn't care about the customer at all get you for ***$ plus for simple tax return I do on turbo tax for twenty the IRS had my $ to hnr block In less time than it took hnr block to deduct there outrageous fees and get my $ to me offered no tracking info to ease there customers mind don't even pitch in a couple bucks to send priority mail it's obvious to me they ***** you for the amount they charge to begin with they're quick to get there cut then basically don't care when or if you get your $ really what did I pay them for I could have done it turbotax half the time fraction of the price and gotten back my $ sooner it speaks volumes too me that the IRS being as swamped as they must be was prompt and handled getting returns out fast and the big hold up is hnr block whom I guess I paid just to delay my pay day a ** days I can't for the life of me think of * thing they provided me for my ***$ than a headache
