GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-pamrucke: I have used H&R Block for years but this year I needed help and asked for it but they told me i had to do everything. Now they are saying it is all my fault because I didnt ask for help. That is bull... I asked a young asian lady, David * times and Shirley * times and short older white male with beard.. And they are telling my I didnt ask for help...This will not happen again...I will let everyone know what bad service i got from the Warner Robins office...
