GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H2O Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~h20 account user: Day * of calling Customer Service. The absoutely worst one can imagine. Beyond anything I have endured with any other provider. Extellent phone services as on the ATT network, and excellent rates, but the simplest of Customer Service request are all but impossible. Totaly avodiance, call back, there is no supervisor avaiable now call back, can i put you on HOLD and they never return. Do not expect ANY assitance from their Customer Service for ANTHING.

~h20 account user: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~h20 account user: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~h20 account user: For that I would say two out of five.

~h20 account user: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H2O Wireless to know who you are.
