~bewildered: Got a human after ** minutes, who was helpful, he had to put me on hold to check something with a colleague, I had to ring off at **th minute of call or I would be charged on calling plan- real shame as we were actually getting somewhere in resolving the problem, which was created in the first place by previous employer & HMRC! Previously have had to hang up at ** mins of waiting for an answer!! Unbelievable! this is the *th phone call and still resolved. Why do HMRC not employ more staff at busy times? Farcical, shocking management, good staff 'tho.
