~Momachar: After spending almost an hour on the phone and taking almost a half hour trying to talk to someone in the USA. I was finally able to talk to a very nice young man named David he was in Canada and I could understand him. Please keep the calls in the USA. Thank You David for taking my call. The first half of my phone call was really bad the *nd. half very very good. I give David a ***** across the whole board.Thank you David for your phone number if we need any other help I will call you back. this will be the only number I will use from now on. Great Job David.

~Momachar: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Momachar: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Momachar: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Momachar: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
