~gester: I spend almost * hours on the phone for the trouble shooting and shipped my laptop to the HP for the repair, NEVER fix the problem. HP said they will call me tomorrow again! it takes me more than one month to fix my BRAND NEW ( two months old)laptop! I WILL NEVER BUY STUPID HP anymore!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY HP dmv *
