~KimmyB: If you produce a product, support it! Rep could barely speak English, and kept having me repeat things because he couldn't spell them fast enough. Not only that, but my mom's laptop is less than * years old, and he wouldn't even give me the instructions to restore the computer because when it got shipped to her, it didn't come with anything! When I asked for a senior advisor, I got another idiot that refused to help. Not only that, when transferring me finally to an American in their "Out of Warranty" department, all the options he gave were fee based! Never have we had any issues with any other Windows computer companies, but this tops it all. HP is so full of ****. Will make sure that none of my family or friends EVER purchase an HP product again.

~KimmyB: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KimmyB: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KimmyB: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~KimmyB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
