~psch: Purchased Officejet **** printer. Spent hrs trying to resove connection & printing problems. One rep was wonderful but the problem returned when the computer was turned off. Next rep barely spoke english and was extreamly rude. Placed on LONG holds during conversation. Cut off once. He did call me back but he was just awful to try to talk to. I finally needed to leave and I hung up after being left on another LONG hold. Rep. called back several hrs later and asked what I wanted to do...return or refund. When I tried to ask questions about the proceedure to obtain a refund, he told really got annoyed. I finally hung-up.**I have managed to get the thing working but I need take several steps each time I turn on the computer. Now I'm getting Low Ink messages and I haven't printed hardly anything. I'm not happy!

~psch: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~psch: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~psch: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~psch: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
