~jazz2122: Talked to someone who can't speak English and apparently knows nothing about laptops or the error messages they receive. How these morons get jobs is beyond me, especially when other people who aren't foreign can't get jobs. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

~jazz2122: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jazz2122: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jazz2122: For that I would say five out of five.
