Three tries, always get India, heavy accents, not understand, all they say is "..our of warranty..." *only * years old*, all * not know how to fix problem.*Have bot many HP products, recommend no one buys HP until they get a reliable USA tel. * with Techs who try to solve problems.*Dr. John, D.B.A.

~Dr. John: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dr. John: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dr. John: For that I would say five out of five.

~Dr. John: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
