~Storage of Baton Rouge: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCED IN ** YEARS OF BUSINESS. Could Hardly understand person on phone, bought brand new HP Computer, within weeks hard drive failed, called HP Support, got case number, called back * week later was told my replacement hard drive was shipped and I would get it in * days, * days later still no hard drive, called HP support was told my order was put on hold because I did not fill out the required survey, asked for the superviors boss name was told I am the highest level of customer support you are allowed to speak to, Thanks Allen. Summary: new equipment failed, Lied to by a support rep, told I could not speak to another supervisor or even get a name, still have no Hard drive. Will Never buy another HP Product, tell everyone how badly I was treated.

~Storage of Baton Rouge: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
