QUESTIONS TO ASK.*I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER W* HSN FOR ** YRS. AND NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY!!! NEVER!!!!*I GUESS THE CUST. SERV. REP. JUST HAD A BAD DAY. I DON'T KNOW!!!!
