~dee: tried to explain to woman that microwave i bought * months earlier, keypad buttons didn't work only num. * worked. she had me give her the model number serial number and all off the back of the microwave, then asked me if I still had recipt. I told her no who keeps a recipt for * months on a microwave. after all she had me do, the she tells me she can't help me. Talk about furious, would've been nice if she'd asked if I had the recipt in the first place, right? talk about horrible cs!I will never buy anything that says hamilton beach again!
