GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hampton Inn customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-kajuanap: I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Adel GA and they have bed bugs!! I tried to discuss this matter with the general manager* Susan Griffin and she was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. This has been by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered at a hotel. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn or any other Hampton Inn again. Do not stay at Hampton Inn, Adel GA unless you want bed bugs or unprofessionalism!
