~dissapointed in new york: I ordered a utility from harbor freight online. The email with the original transaction was lost so I contacted harbor freight customer service from a copy of the receipt. I gave them my invoice number and other identifying information so they could verify my order. I contacted them both by email and phone and each time they told me they would put in a request for a copy of the receipt. Every time they also say to wait up to ** hours. It has been almost * weeks and I still have not been able to get a copy of my receipt. They do not seem to care about their customers in any way. As long as they pay, that is all they care about. People choose harbor freight for the prices but without customer service, all the cheap prices in the world won't matter. People will start looking for a way to get both or choose to pay a bit more for better service.
