~1Dartagnon1: I ordered a Celestron telescope for the kids at my church weeks ago n found today that they charged my credit card weeks ago. I called to cancel the order n they claim its finally ready to ship, but it will still b almost a week more to wait. I'm already paying interest on it n haven't received it! I AM NOT A HAPPY PASTOR!! I'll most likely stick with Amazon in the future. Hayneedle is NOT REPUTABLE. ORDERS TAKE WEEKS and cannot be canceled even when they haven't left the building yet!!!! Never again! I would advise people to avoid this business at all costs. They only want ur money ... NO customer service !!! IMHO.
