~mad as hell: Had health ins then I was cancelled because they said I never sent in my birth cert. I called to get reinstated was told I had to send in my birth cert. So I did said never received it then they said I must send driver license. If they never got my birth cert. how did they no I never sent my driver license. So they had to lie about the birth cert. Please contact your senators , congressman and media I did.

~mad as hell: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mad as hell: For that I would say one out of five.

~mad as hell: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
