~Letmebuyinsurance: I applied online twice, had problems and tried the live online chat..they couldn't help me, called the **** the guy had NO clue. Called the **** last night waited * ***hrs (no exaggeration) before I was disconnected. Tonight waited **min. then when the rep couldn't answer my questions she passed me to a supervisor which took anoth **min and then a lady said hello and told me to hold on..I said no please wait and then I was forwarded to the survey. Total time thus far ** hours and still NO INSURANCE!!!!
