~drsmith11704: I'd like to make a COMPLAINT concerning Marketplace Healthcare.gov**My wife currently has a great healthcare plan under BCBS of North Carolina with a NC State Health Plan. Because of the Affordable Healthcare Act she is not able to add prenatal insurance to her current medical insurance policy, and we found out after the deadline for marketplace that she was pregnant. In order to get prenatal insurance, we must purchase healthcare through the marketplace if we want prenatal. **We called the marketplace, spent several hours on the phone with a representative who says we MUST, because of our household income, file for MEDICAID-- OR we MUST purchase a policy with NO HELP WHATSOEVER! WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY TAX CREDIT HELP WITH PURCHASING INSURANCE, WE ONLY CAN APPLY FOR MEDICAID. *I was told that it was possible to speak to a resolution case worker. *I told the agent I wanted to speak to a resolution case worker about further options. I was told that my contact information would b
