~pissed off mom: I had called to get my tax form that I have not received, had called * times now finally talked to a Supervisor name of William would not give me any other info as he stated they all have sir names, I asked for his first and last name only because he was very rude, disrespectful and talked to me as I was stupid. I cannot believe a website*company ran by the government is so poor. The customer service has been ***** I have has my share of vey helpful and polite people and ones that are very disrespectful and rude and get nothing done. Even though there calls are recorded no one is ever reprimanded for their behavior. As a customer service rep myself I am appalled.

~pissed off mom: For that I would say three out of five.

~pissed off mom: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
