GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HealthCare.gov customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HorsePucky: I was told to create a new account since my login information didn't work. I couldn't do that because I already have an account with that email address. So I can't log in and your customer service rep was of no help. I am sick of this website and all of the BS that goes with it. I have Tricare until July **** and then will be on medicare. I really don't need this aggravation, now do I?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HealthCare.gov. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HealthCare.gov problem?
~HorsePucky: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HorsePucky: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HorsePucky: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HealthCare.gov customers?
~HorsePucky: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
