GetHuman-235075: I couldn't even get to the site to send an email. i simply got the many options available to contact the company, none of which were useful at **.** pm because there is no ** hour coverage * days a week.**This seems par for the course because the only reason I was trying to contact the company in the first place is because I received a packet of information with a bill for **.** for copies and shipping (Invoice * **********) on ** pages that I did not aske for. My request was very specific...I asked for information on any admissions*discharge after ******* and I got information through to *********. Does a human being read the requests?
