~vwood: I ordered the Food Network magazine in October of ****. It is almost March **** and I have yet to receive an issue. I sent two unanswered e-mails to the company and have called * times. Each time I keep getting the answer that the magazine is undeliverable, despite the fact that my address is correct and I receive every other piece of mail here correctly. The customer service reps are nonapologetic and seem to think that it is my fault the magazine has not been delivered to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would highly discourage anyone from ordering their products.
