~dontbuyhp!: I called and after explaining the situation, it took ** minutes to simply tell me that someone else would need to call me. Do not buy from HP Business, you will be sorry!!!!!! I have paid my IT guy to replace all of the parts on this computer more than a new one from a different company would cost, very poor customer service!!!!
